Located in and around the area, Anric Developments have completed a number of residential developments for various private clients.

- Road works- Asphalt
Ranging from one acre to two and a half acre lots. Works have involved;
- Bulk earthworks in excess of 10,000m3
- Road pavement of over 14,000m2
- large and small culvert bridges
- Installation of services including water, sewer, Stormwater, electrically, telecommunication.
- Re-aliening and shaping of water causeways.
- Works were also completed for Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).
